Data Management

In order to achieve effective energy management, correct information is essential. We have developed a process for analyzing, correcting and monitoring data related to energy, thereby helping everyone involved to make the best decisions in the given circumstances.

Data Cleansing

We check every utility bill that comes in from suppliers to ensure that they are accurate in terms of volume and price, so the client can ensure they are only paying for what they actually use.

Bureau Services

We estimate approximately 15% of all utility bills are inaccurate in one way or another. As an extension of our data cleansing procedure, our bureau sets about ensuring that the utility bills are corrected, and depending on the client's requirements, detailed reports of this activity are provided.

Audit and Recovery

With all new clients, we undertake a full 12-month utility audit to see if there have been any over-spends, and we make applications to suppliers to obtain refunds where possible.
